Ted was born in Southern Illinois and grew up 45 minutes west of Chicago in the suburb Aurora, IL.  He attended four different colleges majoring in Liberal Arts, History, Philosophy and eventually settled on Business, attaining both a B.A. and an M.A. in Management. 

 

Throughout college, he never lost sight of his true passion for story telling and took many writing and literary courses at Waubonsee College, Johnson County Community College, George Mason University and Webster University.

 

His poetry has been featured in The Mind’s Eye literary magazine, and placed 1st and 2nd places in consecutive years in the Kansas City Corporate Arts Challenge.  He has written feature articles focused on small business for The Louisburg Herald newspaper as well as published numerous business articles in professional trade journals for the telecom Industry.

 

He now lives in rural East-Central Kansas with his wife Danielle and their three dogs and horses.
